A new day, & two more groups to finish! Today we ditch alphabetical order & start in Group F, with Korea Republic vs. Germany (#KORGER, should be sponsored by Kroger) on one screen, with Mexico vs. Sweden on the other. Any 2 of these could advance! #AWCHQ #MEXSWE ⚽️

Wow. What a pair of games, All the teams playing their hearts out (except maybe #CRO; they weren’t taking the day off but they weren’t dying for it like the other 3). My recommendation is as easy as it is bandwagony-seeming: Nigeria vs. Argentina all the way.

And here we go with the second pair: #NGA v #ARG and #ISL v #CRO. Lots of scenarios to juggle here, too. Will this be the final episode of The Messi Show in this 2018 #WorldCup season? #AWCHQ #NGAARG #ISLCRO ⚽️

Well there you go. Not that #AUS v #PER was amazing, but #FRA v #DEN really was a snoozer. If you wanted evidence for why it’s worth having “eliminated” teams play out their third game, that’s not a bad way to make the case. #AWCHQ #FRADEN #AUSPER ⚽️

Halftime in the Group C games and it’s been less thrilling than I’d hoped. For the first halves I think #AUSPER has been the more entertaining, but that’s been less than amazing so far. We’ll see whether it or #FRADEN come to life in the second 45! #AWCHQ ⚽️
